To improve the performance of laser selective melted 316L stainless steel products, this paper studies the effect of laser power on the mechanical properties. The results of the study showed that when the laser power is 180 W, the surface morphology and tensile fracture of the specimen are best, and the mechanical properties of formed parts can be improved by laser selective melting of 316L stainless steel.
