Photoacoustic imaging based on the algorithm of computational ghost imaging was proposed on the basis of theoretical analysis of the algorithm of computational ghost imaging. In this paper the photoacoustic imaging based on the algorithm of computational ghost imaging was simulated by MATLAB. According to the simulation, the resolution of reconstruction images increased with the increase of the measurement times. With the increase of the resolution of presetting light field, the resolution of reconstruction images increased. Compared to time-reversal algorithm, the algorithm of computational ghost imaging not only leads to obtain a higher resolution, but also results in a drastic reduction in artefact. A higher resolution of reconstructed image could be obtained by enhancing the optical intensity distribution resolution of presetting light field.
