Dirac Type Thermal Equation for Thermal Process Induced by Attosecond Laser Pulses

In this paper the Dirac type thermal equation for relativistic heat carriers generated by attosecond laser pulses was developed and solved. The temperature fields obtained for electrons can be damped or can oscillate depending on the dynamics of scattering.
