A sinusoidal oscillator circuit based on current controlled current conveyors (CCCII) has been analysed. The CCCII has been implemented using the 0.35 μm CMOS technology. The circuit contains two CCCIIs and two capacitors. The capacitors of the circuit are grounded and the frequency of oscillation is electronically controllable, hence is suitable for integration. The use of CMOS technology aims at highlighting the advantages of using it over BJT technology. The PSPICE simulation results are given.
