New First Order All Pass Filters Using Two Positive Type Current Conveyors

Some new first order all pass filter topology using two positive current conveyors have been reported in this paper. Two configurations result with a little difference. The first and second arrangements use two positive current conveyors, two resistances and two capacitors and the second one can be made resistorless. The circuits use the concept of negative capacitance. The proposed topology has high input impedance and employs grounded capacitors and are suitable for integration. The phase tunability through a single bias controlled integrable arrangement is an attractive feature of one of the configuration.
