A Novel Current-Mode Translinear-C All Pass Filter

A novel current-mode (CM) translinear-C first-order condition free all-pass (AP) filter with electronic adjustment of cut-off frequency is presented. The filter consists one each of single-output plus-type current-controlled current-conveyor (CCCII) and capacitor which is the absolute minimum hardware requirement. The circuit besides realizing AP signal also supports simultaneously first order low-pass (LP) and high-pass (HP) responses. The tracking error performance of the filter is examined and the simulation results using real device parameters of transistors NR100N and PR100N are included.
