Electronically Tunable Temperature Insensitive OTA-Based Ideal Differentiator

A new active RC ideal differentiator with electronically tunable and temperature insensitive time constants are described. It is suitable for analog signal processing applications and has been implemented using an operational transconductance amplifier (OTA). The circuit has low active and passive sensitivities. Experimental results have been presented which show the wide range electronic tunability of time constant of the proposed circuit.
