The heat capacity at constant pressure in the nearly-free-electron approximation for Na-K and K-Rb liquid alloys

The heat capacity at constant pressure is calculated within the nearly-free-electron approximation by the variational method with the hard-sphere reference system for Na-K and K-Rb equiatomic liquid alloys at T=373K. A good agreement with experiment for Na-K alloy is achieved. Results obtained for K-Rb alloy may be considered as a prediction
