Book Review: Materials Aspect of Thermoelectricity Edited by Ctirad Uher
Reviewed by Jean-François Sacadura
A number of thermophysicists have used Bismuth Telluride devices as thermocouples or flux sensors to build up experimental set-ups. Quite often they would have liked more electromotive force from those devices. Thermoelectricity is a field of research from which the waiting for progress is considerable due to its high potentiality of application.
The new book Materials Aspect of Thermoelectricity edited by Prof. Ctirad Uher (University of Chicago, Ann Arbor) contains 21 chapters written by top world experts in the field who explore the major recent advances in the materials aspect of thermoelectricity.
