A Novel Electronically Tunable Sinusoidal Oscillator Based on CCCII (-IR)

This paper presents a voltage mode universal filter with three-input and one-output using only two plus type current conveyors (CCII+), two resistors and two capacitors. From the proposed CCII+ based filter, by replacing the CCII+ and a resistor by plus type second generation current controlled conveyor (CCCII+), a new filter is developed which requires only two CCCII+ and two capacitors. The proposed structure has low sensitivity performance, low component spread and minimum requirement of hardware. Experimental and PSPICE simulation results confirm the workability of the proposed structure.
