Sinusoidal Oscillators Using Current Conveyors and Grounded Capacitors

Two second-generation current conveyors (CCIIs) based sinusoidal oscillators are presented. The first sinusoidal oscillator is composed of two CCIIs, two grounded capacitors and two resistors. The oscillation condition and oscillation frequency can be orthogonally controllable. The second sinusoidal oscillator is composed of two CCIIs, two grounded capacitors and three resistors. The oscillation condition and oscillation frequency can be independently controllable through different grounded resistors. From the proposed CCIIs based sinusoidal oscillators, by replacing the CCIIs and the resistors that connected to the x terminals of the CCIIs by the second-generation current controlled conveyors (CCCIIs). Two new sinusoidal oscillators by using CCCIIs can be obtained. The oscillation condition and oscillation frequency of the second CCCIIs based sinusoidal oscillator can be independently controlled through input bias currents.
