Research on Two-Sided Matching Decision Method for Knowledge Service Supply and Demand in the Cross-border E-commerce Environment
Xiaorong He and Dejian Yu
With the continuous expansion of cross-border e-commerce, the significance of cross-border transactions has become increasingly prominent, necessitating urgent investigation into the alignment of knowledge services within the supply chain of cross-border e-commerce. This paper proposes a decision-making method for addressing the two-sided matching problem of knowledge service supply and demand, where both sides possess uncertain preference order information. Initially, probabilistic interval reference ordering sets are introduced to accurately express the preference order information. Subsequently, the matching satisfaction of the entities involved in the matching process is defined. Finally, a multi-objective optimization model is formulated based on the objectives of the matching, enabling the determination of optimal two-sided matching outcomes for knowledge services via model solving. The feasibility and practicality of the proposed method are substantiated through comprehensive case analysis. The knowledge service two-sided matching decision model presented in this study, within the framework of cross-border e-commerce, holds significant application value in facilitating the establishment of cross-border e-commerce supply chain alliances and fostering the growth and prosperity of the cross-border e-commerce market.
